How grievance redressal works
Grievances against any urban local body in Uttar Pradesh — including Nagar Panchayat Tarabganj — are handled through the state-wide Jansunwai Samadhan portal. After registration, you receive a unique reference number you can use to track action, reminders and feedback.

Open the official portal and submit your grievance with department, location and supporting documents.

Get reference number
Save the reference ID sent by SMS/email — it is required to track or send reminders.

Track action
Use the Complaint Tracker to check current status, send reminders or escalate.

Share feedback
Once resolved, rate the resolution to help improve service quality.
